RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. A non-refundable initial deposit of 35% is required at the time of reservation.  All reservations will be considered firm only when the entire 35% deposit has been received.  We cannot hold a room without a deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.When a reservation is booked less than 30 days prior to arrival date, the full amount is due at time of reservation. Guests are responsible for all reserved dates and will be charged for late arrivals or early departures. Due to the nature and size of our property, it is necessary to strictly adhere to our reservation and cancellation policy.
  2. Cancellation: All cancellations (regardless of reason), will forfeit the full 35% deposit unless we are able to refill the entire space at original pricing. If your reservation is cancelled 45 days prior to your arrival date AND we are able to book you entire cabin(s) reservation at the original pricing, you may be eligible for a refund. There will be a $100.00 processing fee for all cancellations.   For a cancellation made within the 45 day period prior the arrival date, and if the entire cabin(s) cannot be filled at the original pricing, guests will receive a CREDIT for their deposit (less the $100.00 cancellation fee). This credit can be applied to the next year’s vacation stay. If the credit is not used by the end of the next year’s vacation season, the entire credit amount will be forfeited.   We reserve to change the ranch vacation schedule due to severe weather (especially during Winter Season) but we will give you as much notice as possible.
  3. When the entire ranch is reserved for a large group, a 50 percent deposit is required upon booking, and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If an entire ranch reservation cancels within the 45 day period before arrival date, the ENTIRE DEPOSIT, will be forfeited.   Deposits and final payments for booking the entire ranch must be made by Credit Card at the time of reservation.   
  4. We request initial deposits and final payments be made via credit card, personal check, money order, or a cashier’s check. No cash please.
  5. Check-in time is 3:00 pm Check-out time is 11:00 am.

LATE ARRIVALS

If your travel plans change and you are not able to check in by 3 pm on your arrival date, please call the office at 307-455-2225. If you are planning on arriving after 7 pm you must call the ranch office at 307-455-2225 by 3 pm to receive instructions for late arrival/check in.

 

EARLY DEPARTURES

If you plan on leaving early on your check out date (leaving before 8:30 am), please visit the front desk the day before for early check out instructions and to pay your bill. Our front desk is open by 8 am Monday – Friday and by 8:30 am on Saturday-Sunday.

Daily Horseback Riding

Working Cattle

It takes a lot of effort to work cattle but it is a great opportunity. Work just as the cowboys did so many years ago. This is a great hands-on ranching experience that you don’t want to miss.

Rodeos

Events where you get a glimpse into the past of a working ranch. Many rodeo events were based on the tasks required by cattle ranching and of course the competitions began. Come and enjoy the trusty form of western entertainment.

Fishing

Enjoy the beautiful view. Melt into the sound of the water rushing by and the birds chirping. This peaceful experience jumps into a rush as you feel the tug on the line and the fight begins to reel in that whopper of a fish.

Swimming in the Wind River

A breathtaking view of nature at its best with a refreshing feel. Skip some rocks or just kick back and relax while the water flows on by you.

Hiking

Looking for a little adventure? Submerge yourself in nature with a little hiking time. Hiking this wonderful view is not just good for the body but also the mind. So what are you waiting for? Come join us!

Mountain Biking

Take on the rugged terrain as you see all the beauties of Wyoming. Mountain biking wakes up a certain spirit of exploration and risk-taking you don’t want to miss out on.

Campfires

Join us for a majestic time around one of our campfires. It is easy to be mesmerized by a campfire’s dancing colors – yellow, orange, red, blue, violet and even green at times; and by its ever changing character from energetically youthful flames to glowing and mellowing coals. This will transport you to a simpler time.

Cookouts

COME AND GET IT YALL!!! For a true western dinner nothing beats a cookout. Come and enjoy good food and good people.

Square Dancing

A fun and excited time as we go into town for two stepping and swing dancing. Just kick up your heels and enjoy the music and culture around you.

Cowboy Poetry

After a day of work, cowboys would gather around a campfire and entertain one another with tall tales and folk songs. Join us for some cowboy poetry, a form of spoken art packed with full western heritage.
