We reserve the right to rearrange these schedules to accommodate availability and weather conditions. SERVICE CHARGE: For your convenience is a 15% service charge will be added to your final bill to cover services provided. RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSIT: 1/3 of the total amount is due when reservation are made. This may be by credit card or by personal check. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express with a 5% processing fee. In the event that you are sending a check, we will hold your reservation five working days in order to receive your deposit. BALANCE OF PAYMENT: Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received in writing 6 weeks prior to arrival will receive full refund if space can be filled with a $100 cancellation fee. For cancellations made within the 6 weeks prior to arrival and if space cannot be filled, guests will receive credit for their deposit which may be applied to next year's season or forfeited. Deposits are for the purpose of guaranteeing each individual's reservation. Deposit will be forfeited if any portion or any individual's confined reservation is not used or is canceled 6 weeks or less prior to your arrival.
