Program after
Mid August or before mid June.
Deposits: 1/3 of the total amount is due (by Credit
Card or personal check) when reservations are made.
In the event that you are sending a check, we will
hold your reservation 5 working days in order to receive
your deposit. All reservations require a 5% booking fee.
Balance or Full Payment: Balance is due 10 days prior to your arrival.
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Discover. Payment by charge card, check or cash will save you the 5% booking fee.
Cancellation Policies: Cancellations received in writing,
six weeks prior to arrival will receive full refund
if space can be filled with a $100 cancellation fee. For cancellations made within
6 weeks and if space cannot be filled, guests will
receive credit for their deposit which may be applied
to next year's season or forfeited. We reserve the
right to rearrange the ranch schedules and rooms to
accomodate availability and weather.
Additional Costs: Trading Post, Saloon, Guided Fishing, Scenic Float Trips and transportation.
Gratuity: Gratuity is not included and is at your
discretion. An envelope will be handed out at the end
of the week. 15-20% of the total bill is a standard.
