Folks up here spend all day working up mountain sized appetites, sooner or later it leads back to the Wind River Dining Room where our Triangle C chefs serve up fresh, healthy, ranch fare. Our chefs have been cooking homemade goodness for many years, baking homemade breads and specialty desserts all presented in their own style.
Prime Rib, Trout Almandine, and Cornish hens accompanied by fresh organic veggies are just a few of the dinners. Breakfast rides, old fashioned picnics on the deck and Bar-B-Que Ribs and New York Steaks at the campfire cookout are all wholesome, hearty and plentiful. Special diets can be accommodated with advance notice.
